How about export/import .Fla files, and enabling a 'test' and/or Chapter options.

There are many programs out there about how to's and that help create how to's, but not many enable the creator to create a real "meat and potatoes" teaching tool.
Being able to test your knowledge after completing a section of the tutorial can increase the retention of information, as well as give the creator feedback for improving the tutorial.
Giving the option to import and export to Flash would also create the ability to "share screens" like a live cast, and provide a more "hands on" approach to the tutorial, thereby drastically improving both the depth of the tutorial, but also expanding the potential for the program's possible user market.
